Haha [/quote] I am not heavy, around 120 lbs. I do make muscles easily. However, I have a shoulder mobility issue and mild cervical stenosis. I could barely lift my left arm above my shoulder to take my clothes off. I started doing this to strengthen muscles in the area to help with the mobility and pain. It is helping, I think.[/quote]
