There is a good chance those kids have subs all year. We also had to hire three trainees to cover classroom positions. So people without experience. High school is a little easier because you can offer another period for more pay or not offer as many elective sessions. ES doesn’t have that option. It will either be large classes, subs, or teacher trainees. [/quote]
