That probably is a function of how you and others are interacting with them directly or indirectly.

Shaming somebody for ONE glass of wine a night is OK here.

It's all about how you say it. If you endlessly post in the diet forum in response to people getting on Ozempic about how easy it is to lose weight if you just eat less,  you're not shaming, but you are annoying and super uninformed.
