But either things will get better in DC, in which case our neighborhood will go back to its “normal” (still elevated IMHO) level of crime, or they won’t, in which case WOTP is going to slide into the muck with the rest of us. If it’s time to move, it’s time to leave DC. Unless you’re a renter, in which case, have at it. [/quote]
