Thankfully he doesn't have to tee up any issues (he isn't the sitting president). Any Rs who were a bit uncertain of Romney -- like me, will be running to the polls in Nov. to deal with Obamacare. Thank you Justice Roberts! I can't help but think he knew exactly what he was doing.
Always seeing the sunny side, aren't you. Everything is a victory. Let's face it, you were always running to the polls. And since you have insurance, this bill does not change anything about your policy, except that preventive care is free and you can cover your kids when they are just out of college, on your plan. How horrible for you.
Really? For whom?
What rock have you been living under? If you are getting charged for well exams and immunizations, you need to ask for a refund because that stuff comes with no copay now.
SOMEONE is paying for the medical costs through higher taxes and/or higher yearly costs for insurance. Health care is not free. As far as co-pays, here's an article with an explanation: http://articles.latimes.com/2012/feb/13/health/la-he-health-411-20120213
But preventive medicine saves money because it is designed to prevent costlier medical problems down the road. Decreased copays mean increased utilization which lowers overall costs.
I'm not disputing what you've said here; I was responding to the PP who said preventive care was free. Nothing is "free"--someone is paying.
i think we all know doctors get a check for a checkup.
