I have lived my entire life hearing my mom describe various paint colors she had selected as “kind of an off-white” and then seeing them on the wall and going: “eh” and I am now 100% sure neither of us had ever previously understood what Killam lays out in this book. If you pair a white with orange undertones with a taupe carpet, you will be out just as much money as if you had chosen correctly and you will be a lot less happy.[/quote]
