Those costs are plain wrong, but even if you took then at face value they don't include removal of old roof, guttering, flashing,.replacing rotten timber, cost of sola tubes and installation or many other parts of the job. Oh, plus flat rods most often aren't shingle. Mine wasn't.[/quote]
