I’ve been so incredibly stressed this year with move to new state plus new job plus kids adjusting and one of them needing intense mental health therapy plus having to renovate/fix $ stuff in our overpriced house plus becoming the sole caregiver for my elderly mother with early stage dementia and intense health anxiety that I have completely neglected my own health.
