Why are people such jerks. OP was injured, and the proximate cause may very well have been the property owner's negligence in allowing ice to persist on the sidewalk. There's nothing greedy about holding people accountable for creating and allowing a dangerous condition to persist. This is basic common law negligence. Shame on you for being a heartless, ill informed jerk. Typical DCUM know it all who couldn't pass a torts class. [/quote]
