Chesterbrook has had the same principal the last five years and, before that, there was a principal who was there many years as well.  Some may have a beef with the current principal, but it's not a school that has churned principals. Fuqua had been there for many years prior to his departure, and it took less time to find the current principal than it's taken during many other searches for new principals.  You might want to study how long Lake Braddock has had interim principals at various times after Thomas and then Smith left.  It was a LOT longer. [/quote]So they didn’t break the record for the longest search. It still took two rounds to get an applicant. [/quote]
