We own a similar rental with a property manager hired by the HOA. Sounds like my building. The property manager is oddly uptight about parking despite a half full garage 90% of the time. I wouldn’t call them back. This was one time and your tenant hasn’t been a problem before. Ignore him and report to the HOA. [/quote]
