I had zero morning sickness with my first and felt generally well in the first trimester. I’m exhausted and nauseous and have bad back pain now with my second. I work out five days a week (or did before I started feeling this unwell), take vitamins, and eat well, just like I did with my first. I definitely feel pregnant, whereas I did not in my previous pregnancy. My doctor told me not to expect subsequent pregnancies to be similar to my first. [/quote]
