Your might be valid for those missing the full day, but for those skipping classes, it absolutely is an issue of the schools having no enforcement or repercussions. Some kids skip class by just wandering the halls of the school. And no one makes them go to class, punishes them for this behavior or contacts parents for this. [/quote]
