If I search for a room that accommodates 5 people I'm sometimes just showed suites or large rooms because the max occupancy is 4. If OP tries to do that it might eliminate suitable rooms for her search. She has 4, she needs to look at the room layout and she's looking for a pullout sofa bed. Or perhaps they can roll a cot into the room but searching for rooms for 5 may limit her options which isn't what she wants to do. I've called hotels to ask about cots and reserving a room for 5 when max says 4. For an additional child they are usually ok with that. Maybe OP can just call and ask if they have cots because that should be no problem for a room with just 4 people.[/quote]
