All new builds like the new high school campus should have secured safety vestibules. Not constructing them would be close to malfeasance.

But ACPS should have a plan to upgrade all existing school buildings and build those vestibules w/o hesitation if they don’t already exist. I couldn’t find anything on the Capital Improvement Program website, but maybe the plans are not yet public. [/quote]
