According to the poll, from February, Governor Youngkin’s approval rating has dropped six points, with 51% of Virginians reporting that they approved his job as governor. Youngkin’s favorability rating is also down six points since February, with a rating of 46%.

Morning Consult is the gold standard for consistent approval ratings and he’s at 56% as of April.

BUT plenty of popular Republican governors won’t win a Senate race in their states. Hogan knows that so he won’t even run. Ditto the popular GOP governors in Massachusetts, Vermont and New Hampshire. [/quote]
