Three months is not long in the grand scheme. If the children's other parent will take good care of them it will be good bonding for them. Take off the PTO you can. See if you can bring one of your kids to the weekend work sometimes, other times see if you can meet your family at the park with the baby, use some of the extra income to outsource to free up the time you do have off.[/quote]
