When I came back I complained and my boss told me that he told the Team Leader this would happen but the Team Leader didn’t understand why I was upset and they didn’t think I’d really leave. I moved to another area within a few weeks.

My Boss did help get my resume around and did provide a very high recommendation.

He wasn’t a mean person. He was a very weak person.
