He sometimes used "little dudes" for single-use distribution. Boys on bikes between 12 and 14, usually. (He served time but not for this and I think this is the real crime here, but I digress).

He also did single-use distributions himself.

Not sure this explains what went down in Falls Church but my brother was a middle-class white man with a rocket scientist father, grandfather and great grandfather.

The bike boys were both Black and White. The teens in the car, no idea.

This isn't racial or socio economic. Our nation has a drug problem and untreated mental illness problem. (brother has bipolar disorder)[/quote]
