Welp, it’s time to grow up and understand that your insecurities, anxiety and lack of confidence don’t just affect you. They affect your children, boys and girls. It’s on you to support your daughter in her body as it is, naturally. It is on you to work to make the world a more accepting place, and that starts with you being accepting. It’s on you to do the work to grow. I wasn’t born confident. Building confidence is as hard as building any muscle. You actually have to work, and you should. For yourself and your children.[/quote]
