Other snacks at 200 Cals of less and at least 7 G protein: Cheese sticks, alone or wrapped in prosciutto Parm Crisps Egg white bites (I get six at a time from Mighty Meals) Balanced Breaks Protein Balls made with Kodiak Cake mix and Rx Almond butter Turkey or Waygu Beef Jerky 120 G protein (withoUt protein powder). is doable with 1200 calories. But long term, it will be hard to maintain without some help from the Wegovy. Going from 2.5 to 5 tonight. The 2.5 helps— but wears off after 4-5 days and I spend a couple days starving. [/quote]
