They have access to not only the children's names, but their parents names, their phone numbers and at least their zip code. Do you actually *know* how the Chinese economy works nowadays? Institutions will do what they're told to do. A manager won't say "no" to requests from the CCP if he wants to keep all his organs.

All German companies during World War II were subject to the desires of the Nazi party. All Soviet companies would be willing to do the KGB's bidding in 1984. Modern Chinese companies are in the same boat.[/quote]
