What these people are looking for in vain is a school that isn’t public but that doesn’t cost as much as many Independent private schools. Catholic schools appear like a good alternative except for that icky Catholicism that’s in the curriculum and sprinkled throughout the classes that they would like to avoid. I assume that if they had their way there wouldn’t be quite so many Catholics. That’s what all the diversity talk is about. When things don’t appear to match up to their preferences, they don’t like it.
