I watch the show all the time and would love to see a single season of the show set now to catch up with all of them. I wouldn't want it to go on and on but a few episodes would be enough to catch up with everyone.

From where things ended - 
They got out of their jail sentences on a technicality.
The Jerry show was shelved yet again.
They group did a talk show circuit to talk about their experience and how they have been reformed. But of course they have not.

Fast forward a couple years - 
Jerry has landed some roles in movies so isn't around as much. He is engaged but is going to break it off. 
Elaine has moved over to website content director and is now married to Puddy. She is pregnant.
George is now running the foundation that Susan's parents set up because he couldn't find any other job and he threatened to expose a secret lesbian affair of the Susan's mother. He is engaged but this time he is sending invites in email. No glue and  it's cheaper.
Kramer won the lottery but he and Newman went in together on buying the ticket so they are splitting the money. They are going to develop a mini golf course.

Present day -
Jerry is married and has twins with his wife. They are based in New york. 
Elaine and Puddy have split up and got back together many times. They have one kid and she has a surprise pregnancy. There is always some hint that the first kid is really Jerry's. She manages social media content and online news.
George's wife was promoted and is the VP of some company so he became a stay at home dad to their 3 kids. 
Kramer and Newman still run their mini golf course but Newman is now married and Kramer has a live in girlfriend and has a couple step kids.
