Congrats! You are the winner of the dumbest post of the week.
It's not a dumb post if you know anything about the ongoing debate regarding dietary cholesterol. But, I guess you don't.
It is if you know what a vegetarian is. Duh.
Maybe you need to look up the high levels of cholesterol in eggs. And you also need to realize that many, many vegetarians do eat eggs. (Maybe you're confusing vegetarian with vegan?) There is some debate as to whether the cholesterol that is found in eggs affects cholesterol levels in the blood. Some say it does, others say it doesn't, while many seem to take a middle road and claim that while the cholesterol in eggs doesn't affect cholesterol levels, you should only stick to one or maybe two eggs per day. The advice is all over the place: https://www.health.harvard.edu/heart-health/are-eggs-risky-for-heart-health https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/how-many-eggs-should-you-eat https://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/are-eggs-bad-for-cholesterol#summary
Anyone who is considering eating multiple eggs a day, but starts off stating they are a “ vegetarian” already lost all credibility imo. Why be a hypocrite?
Vegetarian and vegan are not the same omg
