SIL and I have backbones and, frankly, enjoy leaving them in the dust. We will order from where we want, leave activities when we want, do our own thing when we want. Sometimes DH and FIL take the out and do what we’re doing, but often they will just look forlorn eating whatever MIL wanted while SIL and I say great, enjoy your takeout, we’re going out to the Mexican place down the street.[/quote]
