I'm relatively shocked at the "stay out of our park" reaction!  We do have people 'cross the river' to get to Cabin John Wheaton Regional Parks, Brookside gardens not to mention the Rock Creek parkway.  And I always welome them and offer helpful suggestions when they ask for lunch recommendations.[/quote]

I think the PP was kidding. There was a thread a few weeks ago about DC residents overruning some Bethesda pool - I'm guessing (s)he was alluding to that with the crossing the river comment. [/quote]
