She didn't want to ED but demonstrated a lot of interest otherwise (on-campus visit, interviewed, attended school visit) and was waitlisted. I thought she was likely to be denied without ED so I think the interest helped. She's going elsewhere but had the Spring-start option if she'd wanted it.[/quote]
