[/quote] This. And we were in the same boat last year - told that everything was fine, then found out about recurring issues that hadn't been shared with us. Turns out our district actually was tracking each event, and had the data, but hadn't felt a need to tell us. At our next IEP meeting we asked to be notified via email about every occurrence.[/quote]
