A child rapist is the lowest of the low and so dangerous for our society.[/quote] It is utterly horrible, but this made the news because it was a stranger, a home invasion. Sex offenses against minors are happening every day in this county. Last year, there were almost 130 rapes and 260 sex offenses committed against children under 17. Actually, children make up the largest victim cohort by far. They all need to have evidence processed. [/quote]
