Donuts and coffee. Chocolate covered strawberries, fruit, bagels. Some kind of breakfast one day. Watch the kids for them at recess one day during the week. One day can be flowers - have each kid bring one flower and combine in a vase. Gift cards. Collect and present a variety. Homemade cards - pick one day the kids bring in a nice homemade card for the teacher. Have your class wear your teacher’s favorite colors one day.
As a teacher and I’m friends with lots of teachers, only one of your suggestions the teachers really want- Money. Homemade cards are being squaked at, fwiw
I have all the notes I've ever gotten! (But I'm high school so there aren't quite as many as ES). Write notes to the administration praising the teachers. Write notes to the board or representatives in support of the ends of the staff. Yes gift cards sounds nice, though my school has never done them. I appreciate the breakfast and coffee days (IF it's available early - sometimes they don't set it up until during 1st period and by the time I get there it's gone). Snacks are nice, but please remember the staff members who have religious dietary needs or allergies - one year they did staff appreciation meal during Passover and Ramadan...).
