Bierman has political ambitions to run for higher office than BOS, which means he’ll throw Dranesville under a bus if that makes him more popular with other county Democrats. Fiske cares about sensible planning and the impact on local infrastructure, including schools. Bierman grew up rich and attended Sidwell; overcrowded public schools are an abstraction to him and about #998 on his list of priorities. [/quote]
