Sorry ma’am. These jokes were about the clothing, not the religion. An all white suit for a young child is expensive for one time use, even if that one time is a very special and meaningful occasion.

When you sign up for the communion you know there will be a special outfit needed. What difference does it make if it's white? A 7 yr old is going to wear the suit exactly one time no matter what color it is. The dress code for communion is sent out months in advance. Communion season is in full swing right now. Why did OP wait until the last minute on this?[/quote]
