A kid does not need to score in the top 0.1% to be eligible for a program that takes 20% of the FCPS kids. A 133 is 98th-99th percentile, which is higher than the vast majority of kids in AAP would score if they took a real IQ test. That being said, don't expect the WISC to help that much. If the GBRS is low, your kid likely won't get in on appeal. If the GBRS is high, a strong parent letter would probably suffice. [/quote]
