If we could even just have the trucks in the far right lane that would be a significant improvement. But remember this is an older homogeneous culture. BTW: in Germany driving up on someone and flashing lights (if they were slower) was an informal (albeit rude) custom. It was never legal but once tolerated. Not anymore. That behavior will get you a significant fine today. The only similar custom that’s illegal but allowed is for motorbikes to drive in between cars in a traffic jam.[/quote]
