She is not immune to criticism simply because she is a WOC.  And, people who are not satisfied are not "racist" because of the criticism.  
She was appointed border czar.  The border is an absolute disaster.  Fail.
Her speeches are little more than word salads that appear to be the work of a high school student attempting to stretch the word count of an essay. 
She frequently speaks to her audience like they are first graders.  
She has had more than a dozen staffers leave her office.  Even early on in her tenure, reports were that her office was rife with dissent with a pretty toxic environment.
