Then rinse. I only use the bar of soap under my arms and I don't share it with other family members. Scrubbing/exfoliating seems to be important. I also found Zumbar's goat milk-based soaps to be effective but I'm allergic to them.

3. [url="https://schmidts.com/collections/sticks"]Schmidt's deodorant[/url] works better for me than any other brand.
