[/quote] pp here who posted this I agree with other posters that restricting calories this much longterm would be unsustainable and unhealthy. There’s a happy medium between asceticism and candy bars. Once you get past this initial period, add healthy fats, carbs, fruits, etc. Even an occasional candy bar treat is fine. [/quote]
