Right - but all classes at NVCC are dual enrolled (DE) when the student is in high school. It doesn’t have anything to do with transferring credits over to high school. So if your child is taking any NVCC classes before graduating high school, they are DE classes and you cannot enroll in them. If your child did, what is the counselor’s name so we can do the same thing. Thanks![/quote]

That isn't correct. High schoolers can sign up for classes without it being a DE class. They will have to pay full nova tuition though (100 something per credit hour). Just go to myNova and sign up for classes on their sis. They are essentially taking college classes in their free time (over the summer).[/quote]

This is absolutely wrong. As someone else said, there are blocks on all high schooler accounts. They cannot sign up for classes themselves. It must be through the de offices at nvcc, and that requires the high school counselor’s signature. [/quote]
