[/quote] There isn't an unlimited amount of new land to plung 1/3 acre lot McMansions on. There isn't an unlimited amount of road capacity to continue to develop auto-centric exurban communities. The bottom line is the housing and transportation policy of the 20th century is a failure. It is time for something else. So it isn't YIMBY planners, but educated people learning from past mistakes.[/quote]
