"getting done" and "doing well" are not always equivalent.
Even regular businesses are seeing that all the teleworking isn't helping build company morale or maximizing collaboration. APS could at least put a cap on # WFH days.

Yes, they are.
Some are trying to get workers back in the office more often for precisely the reasons cited.
Even federal employees are seeing the problems of teleworking, but their government departments aren't necessarily doing anything about it.  Some jobs CAN'T be fully or most effectively done via 100% telework.[/quote]

Nah, they’re bringing people back in to justify their exorbitant commercial real estate spending and to make executives who don’t really do anything feel better.[/quote]
