[/quote] You are always paying for schools and WJ and WW are not considered similar as far as real estate and the overall perception. WW will always be superior. We live in a neighborhood where the houses behind us go for $100-150K more for the same exact type of house. It has everything to do with Wootton vs Richard Montgomery[/quote]
