There's a full-on crisis in academia so many levels.  I'm not affected by it directly because I'm one of the lucky ones.  But if all you have to say about whether there's a morale crisis, is "nope, I'm, good" you're contributing nothing.  You're part of the problem. Yeah, this post took a turn for me.[/quote]
