Our neighbor does not maintain her trees. We've been talking to her about it for years. Then one day a HUGE one fell on our yard, destroying new planted trees ($1000s). She made enemies of everyone on the street because it was obvious she ignored the problem. She is lucky no one died. Insurance company says if it happens again they will sue her for negligence.
