Most people can't even afford a 30-year $600,000 mortgage so not sure how SF thinks this will become reality. Can you avoid paying by moving out to the burbs? And do you have to sell your SF house for $1 or does SF buy it from you first? It's amazing what progressive politicians will discuss while serious issues with solvable problems go unaddressed (public schools).[/quote]
