I am cool with drugs existing to help people, but still believe people need to also put in some effort and accept that they do in fact have some control vs believing it is all out of their control and only a medication will save them. Medication should be used in combination with lifestyle changes and therapy. look at all the people who have gastric bypass and still gain weigh back because they go back to overeating/never solve the real problem.
