Like I said above, my kid was in red (far below goal) in DIBELS all year last year and was not offered summer school. This year, with an iep, she was offered summer school. [/quote] Last year you had to be below grade level in math and reading. This year you can qualify with only one. I have no idea how they’ll staff that. They should have hired before they offered. [/quote] This accurate about qualifying for both last year but one or the other this year. My DS had an IEP last year and only qualified for one and was not offered summer school. We paid private tutor for academic support. So to to the other PP IEP is not the reason your DC got offered strengthen this year. [/quote]
