He's essentially bullying you and you're kids are watching you get bullied and I assure you this is not good/healthy for them to watch. You need to end this one way or another - it's clear you current approach isn't working. Unfortunately, this may be the type of person that you need to step up and confront and go toe to toe with and it seems like that might not be something you are capable of. [/quote]
