Thanks this is super helpful - my pediatrician offered a GI referral right off the bat today so hopefully I’ll get the coverage for the formula.  Just tried Gerber extensive HA and baby screamed after every gulp.  Going to try the Alimentum ready to feed tomorrow instead since at least I know now that it’s on Kaiser’s approved list and I don’t want to go through this nightmare formula transition more times than necessary.[/quote]
