Even a first year teacher would have to tutor 4 students a day at a rate of $75 an hour to match their salary and that's not including contributions to ERFC, VRS, healthcare premiums, disability plans, etc.[/quote] My child's tutor makes $150/hour tutoring both of my children for 45 minutes each. See sees two sets of kids each weeknight (3-4 kids because she has many sibling pairs) and told me she spends most of her weekends tutoring. [/quote]
